Cher & The Material Girls: A Retro Canada Tribute (July 1 )

Let's celebrate Canada Day! All our performers for this event are Canadian and will bring positive vibes.

From the producers of ABBAMANIA...we bring you Material Girls and Cher tributes. Music  tributes to Adele, Heart, Shania, Blondie, Madonna and Lady Gaga set the stage for the CHER tribute (back by popular demand!!) Combine the Material Girls of yesterday and today, taking the diva experience to a whole new level.

Our last retro Canada was so successful we are building on that and giving you an entire day of amazing retro music. The demand to bring the CHER tribute back featuring 'Kara' was high so she's back for her own headline performance.

Material Girls features tributes to Lady Gaga, Adele, Madonna, Blondie, Shania, and Ann Wilson and closed with a Cher tribute. This spectacular show captures the elegance and essence of all of these mega stars in one concert experience. Their voices are spot on and their looks may actually have you thinking that they’re actually the artists themselves.

Local songstress Lori-Anne will kick the day off with her amazing vocals.

Country Rocks 4:15pm

Get ready to dance, sing, and feel the retro vibes with one of Eastern Ontario’s hottest country-rock band. With four dynamic lead singers and rich four-part harmonies, Country Rocks delivers a sound that’s as unique as it is electrifying, performing a wide range of retro-hits from high-energy anthems to heartfelt ballads.

The British Invasion 5:30 pm

In the mid-1960’s, North America was swept by a wave of rock and pop from the UK that would have an enormous impact on music and pop-culture for generations to come. Inspired by American rhythm-and-blues and rock-and-roll of previous decades, young British groups began to infuse these styles with up-tempo melodic pop and fiery guitar-based instrumentation; bands such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Kinks, The Yardbirds, and Herman’s Hermits took the world by storm in a phenomenon known as the “British Invasion”! 

This four-piece act, based out of Toronto, Ontario, brings the sound, look, and energy of this watershed moment in music history to the stage wherever they perform. With ear-catching melodies, powerful vocal harmonies, vintage tones and attire, this group of highly trained, multi-instrumentalists has thrilled countless audiences, taking them on a trip back in time!
