Contact Us Policy

Our “Contact Us” page is to be used so that we can receive artist/agent inquiries, information, questions and comments related to Harmony Concerts. We welcome your comments and constructive criticisms about all aspects of the events, line-up and operations.

We appreciate your understanding with the following policies regarding communication to Harmony Concerts:

  • Messages that contain abusive, vulgar, offensive, threatening or harassing language will be deleted without a response.
  • Messages that contain personal attacks of any kind or offensive terms that target specific individuals or groups will not be responded to.
  • We do not accept unsolicited emails for the purposes of marketing/advertising or programming.

 Social Media Conduct Policy

Social media platforms are to be used to promote our events, keep followers up to date and share information related to our events. It is a great way to keep everyone informed and see what is and what has, happened. Posts and comments are monitored, and we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible. We also work as quickly as possible to delete posts that do not align with our rules of conduct. 

Harmony Concerts social media followers are required to adhere to the following rules of conduct when participating on our social media platforms to ensure a constructive and pleasant experience for all:

  • We do not tolerate any correspondence condoning or advocating hate speech, slurs, racism, threats, trolling, spam, indecency, rage bait, or scams.
  • Comments/posts that contain abusive, vulgar, offensive, threatening or harassing language will be deleted.
  • Comments/posts that contain personal or professional attacks of any kind or offensive terms that target specific individuals or groups will be deleted and reported.

If your posts or comments do not follow these rules of conduct, we reserve the right to remove any content.

Our social media platforms are not to be used as a promotional vehicle for any person or business other than Harmony Concerts and our specific affiliates. Any comments of a promotional nature without prior consent, will be deleted.

Individual comments/posts advertising products for sale (including tickets for re-sale) will be deleted.

We will never ask you to provide your personal information, including payment info, on our social media sites. If you receive a message requesting that you share any personal or financial information - it is a scam. If you direct message us regarding tickets, refunds or exchanges, we will ask that you contact us via email to discuss. We will only ever require you to enter your contact & payment information during the checkout process of purchasing tickets on our website and it is via a secure payment platform. We sometimes do an Instagram or Facebook live video, BUT we do not do live streams of any of our shows. Do not purchase any tickets offering an online event by Harmony Concerts.

Live streaming events by patrons is strictly prohibited. 

The only official Facebook events will be created by us, Harmony Concerts, on our official Facebook page (facebook.com/harmonyconcertsott). We add artists and venues as a co-host so that the events will appear on their social media.

Please be mindful of scam posts and report anything suspicious.
